Every resident is expect to maintain discipline, peace and respect others rights.

No boarder shall be allowed to possess precious item and excessive money in the hostel. The hostel administration shall not be responsible of any loss or damage in this regards.

Resident must pay (one month Refundable security equal to one month rent) and her monthly dues by the 5th of the month at the latest; any delay of date will be charged with Rs. 50/- per day (the fine will be deducted from the refundable security) and those who fail to pay two months hostel bills will be expelled from the hostel.

Hostel Leaving: You have to inform the hostel management and fill the hostel leaving form (available at hostel) before 15 days of your leaving the hostel to get your full hostel’s refundable security. In case of failing (to complete) the leaving process, fifteen days’ charges will be applicable on the boarder to pay. Rent is not refundable. Rent is due on 1st of each month.

Returning to Hostel Every resident must strictly follow the hostel closing hours (11:00 PM Summer 10:00 PM Winter); anyone falling short of the discipline in this regard will be strictly checked. (the student shall return to the hostel before(11:00 PM Summer 10:00 PM Winter); late comers will have to make an entry in the register kept at the Office, which will be informed to her parents. Three late coming entries will lead to cancellation of permission to stay in hostel. The same shall be informed to her parents)

If any student has to attend any function / Party of the University after the closing hours, she is supposed to submit permission request to the Warden.

The visitors parents / guardians are allowed to meet the resident only within the closing time of the hostel. (They should check the summer and winter closing hours).

Resident has to make entries in the hostel leaving register before leaving for home.

The study period is compulsory for all the residents.

Possession and usage of liquor, cigarette, drugs and weapons (licensed or unlicensed) is strictly prohibited in hostel premises. Also medically harmful or socially unacceptable substances are strictly banned in the hostel. Hostel management holds the right of immediate expulsion (without any warning) of any boarder / resident violating this rule.

Residents who have been expelled/withdrawn or those whose residency is cancelled due to indiscipline/ misbehavior will not be eligible for admission again to same.
